Compact

Thanks to our EasyWeigh® technology, which allows for weighing with a shorter distance between products, the belts can be shorter, and the machine can, therefore, be accommodated even in limited spaces.

Modular

The machine's structure is easily integrable with visual control systems, marking, tracking, and barcode readers.

Protected

To isolate the weighing belt as much as possible from dust and air currents, ensuring maximum accuracy, it's possible to cover the belts with polycarbonate tunnels.

Automatic Ejectors

Depending on the weight and shape of the product, the ejector can be pneumatic with a cylinder or without, high-speed, drop-type, with a diverter, or progressive, with a single or double air jet.

Safety devices

There are 5 available safety devices: the pressure switch, the reject confirmation photocell, the full waste basket photocell, the plastic/steel waste basket with automatic closure, and the audible-visual alarm tower.

Control Panel

Always in Touchscreen version, it can be chosen in sizes of 7'', 10'', or 15'' without a frame.

Feeding screw

In the case of cylindrical-shaped products, the installation of a feeding screw ensures stable and secure feeding and proper pitch alignment.

Servo-assisted feeding belts

The installation of the servo-assisted EasySet feeding belts ensures a stable and secure feeding of cylindrical products, even tall ones.

Ejector for non-compliant products

The pneumatic ejector without a cylinder is the right solution for rejecting underweight or overweight products, especially when dealing with items packaged in nets, such as potatoes, onions, and citrus fruits. This design prevents potential wrapping issues with the rear cylinder.

Moreover, it is particularly useful when there is limited space behind the checkweigher, such as when the machine needs to be installed in front of a wall.

Drop-down rejection system

For delicate products that can be damaged by spatula or automatic ejectors but are too heavy to be rejected with air jets, drop-down rejection is one of the most effective solutions.

Drop-down rejection with trapdoor

Designed for heavier products, the trapdoor opens, and the non-compliant product is rejected, falling into a reject bin located under the machine.
