Automatic Ejectors

Depending on the weight and shape of the product, the ejector can be pneumatic with a cylinder or without, high-speed, drop-type, with a diverter, or progressive, with a single or double air jet.

Safety devices

There are 5 available safety devices: the pressure switch, the reject confirmation photocell, the full waste basket photocell, the plastic/steel waste basket with automatic closure, and the audible-visual alarm tower.

Where to use it

To inspect food, beverages, cosmetics, pharma and industrial products, bulk or primary--packaged in boxes, bags, flowpacks, trays, bottles, tetrabriks, mesh bags or secondary--packaged.

The Multi-Spectrum version is particularly effective on complex products with metallic packaging or elaborately processed foods.

When the metal detector is integrated with a checkweigher or a weigh-price labeler, end-of-line inspection becomes comprehensive.

Choose the right height

In the configuration of the metal detector, it is essential to set the machine's mouth height in a way that allows the product being inspected to get as close as possible to the antenna.

Only in this way is a faster self-learning procedure ensured, along with accurate and safer product inspection.

The most appropriate conveyor belt

Depending on the size and weight of the product to be inspected, each metal detector is manufactured with conveyor belts of the correct dimensions and with the most suitable belt for transporting the product, whether it be modular plastic for heavier weights or polyurethane for lighter ones.
