The completely redesigned control interface is operated via an innovative 15'' vertically oriented touchscreen panel—one of a kind on the market. Just as easily, it can be mirrored to another device, allowing you to set programs, start or stop the machine, and view statistics and reports—even remotely. A true revolution.

Accurate and quick

The weigh-price labelers weigh and print the detected data in real-time, with high precision in application and at a speed of up to 150 pieces per minute.

Compact

Thanks to our EasyWeigh® technology, which allows for weighing with a shorter distance between products, the belts can be shorter, and the machine can, therefore, be accommodated even in limited spaces.

Heavy-duty and modular structure

The new modern design structure, made entirely of stainless steel, features a central pentagonal element that supports the conveyor belts through an innovative modular system.

Labels easy to design

The weigh-price labelers come with a PC and proprietary label editing software installed, NiceLabel, allowing you to freely design the label as desired.

Modular

The machine's structure is easily integrable with visual control systems, marking, tracking, and barcode readers.

Printer type

There are various possible printers: with top, bottom, C, front, or upper label application with pneumatic arm, side with compressed air jet, or combined with multiple applications.

Rejection or bypass

Products with non-compliant weights are rejected through a pneumatic ejector or simply not labeled, distinguishing them from compliant products.

Safety devices for weigh-price labelers

There are two optional devices that can make the process safer: the pressure switch and the reject confirmation photocell.

IP65 highly Washable and Hygienic Design

Thanks to its open and hygienic architecture, specifically designed to eliminate the buildup of dirt and debris, the new LUMINA concept is easy to sanitize and complies with the IP65 standard, with IP69K available as an option.

A disruptive way of data reading

The Touchscreen display works exactly like a tablet: scrolling down all production data are available: Instant Weighing, Batch Average Weight, Standard Deviation, Batch statistics with total output, rejected and compliant items, Metal detector rejected items, Weight distribution diagrams with Overweight and Underweight, Programme Set-up parameters and much more.

A quick and high-performing industrial Labeler

The new Lumina labeler can print and apply up to 120 labels per minute.

The big label reel ensures a long-time duration of the working cycle with no machine stops to replace the label roll.

Its stainless steel casing has been designed to be extremely easy to clean.

To correctly apply the label on the product, the labeler is easily electrically height-adjustable.

New 15'' Touchscreen Control Panel

The innovative 15'' vertically oriented touchscreen control panel is one of a kind on the market.

The control software can be loaded onto any smart device, allowing the sorter to be operated remotely using common portable devices such as smartphones, tablets, and PCs.

The new user interface is simple and intuitive, enabling the sorter to start with just a few taps. It also includes dedicated services, such as remote technical support integrated with Artificial Intelligence.

The large display makes it possible to view all production data—including batch statistics—on a single screen.

New Highly-Hygienic and Modular Design

Thanks to an open architecture, the new LUMINA concept is specifically designed to prevent the buildup of dirt and debris.

It features a hygienic, easy-to-clean design, making it suitable for any application—even the most demanding in terms of sanitation.

Additionally, the machine’s pentagon-shaped load-bearing structure serves as an advanced modular support system for the conveyor belts.
